Colorado Community Response (CCR) program serves Garfield County families referred through the Colorado Department of Human Services. An FRC family support specialist works closely with families, school staff and community partners to provide comprehensive, voluntary services for children reported to child welfare. An important aspect of this case management is individualizing economic self-sufficiency goals and education.
