The RFSD Technology Department is here to assist with any technology support issues RFSD employees may encounter. Any student-based issues should be worked through the classroom teacher.

Staff experiencing a tech-related issue should send an email to the appropriate email address summarizing the issue in the subject and providing as much detail as possible in the body of the email.

To ensure proper handling and response to help requests, RFSD Employees are asked to use the help desk email system. This system allows the Technology Support Team to:

*Prioritize the request

* Re-assign an issue if a technology team member is away
* Escalate the issue to a subject matter expert
* Document and track the issue

* Provide better service
