Roaring Fork Cycling
Roaring Fork Cycling is a new nonprofit that aims to "empower youth through cycling." We want cycling to be the most accessible sport in the Roaring Fork Valley. We are an inclusive, values based program that offers free and easy to access programing to local youth. We offer free programing for middle school students in grades 5-8, and for high school students for a small fee (scholarships are available to offset team fees, league fees and race registration). If athletes do not have a bike or appropriate gear, RFC will help source equipment for the athlete to be able to participate.

Yoga Time for Kids
I work with people young and old, including people with injuries and/or disabilities, to be able to learn from yoga. I am also a licensed K-12 educator, bilingual (English/Spanish). I incorporate literacy and numeracy concepts into yoga programming that is developmentally appropriate for each age group I work with. Kids love yoga when we let it be creative and fun, and they also benefit from the quiet calming parts of the practice, as we find balance with both activity and rest. Artistic expression using a variety of mediums can also be incorporated into educational experiences as requested. Program cost: $45/hr--negotiable and also open to trade agreements.
