Beginning with the graduating class of 2021, students are required to demonstrate college and career readiness in English and Mathematics as approved by the state and local school board. Students may fulfill this requirement using any one of the board-approved measures outlined in IKF-E. Most students start to fulfill state requirements during the spring of 11th grade by taking the School Day administration of the SAT assessment. Students may also fulfill state requirements via other assessments as listed in Exhibit IKF-E.
