At the Roaring Fork Schools, we work hard to uphold the department's motto: "Nutrition is our Mission." The Food & Nutrition Services Department supports student achievement by not only offering nutritious meals, but also by promoting overall wellness through breakfast programs, nutrition education opportunities, and connecting students to their food through Farm to School and School Garden programs.
Roaring Fork Schools is thrilled to share that ALL enrolled students in Roaring Fork Schools will continue to receive a FREE breakfast and lunch each school day through December 2025. Although all students will receive meals at no cost, it is very important that each household completes the: Educational Benefits Application: School Fees & Meals for school district funding and fee exemption eligibility.
Completing this application helps our district receive vital funding and may qualify your student for additional school-related support. This may include: Waived school fees, discounted athletic fees, reduced fees for SAT, ACT, and AP exams, eligibility for Summer EBT benefits, state and federal funding for classrooms, technology, and student support.
