  • Instructional staff development: Align instructional staff PD to support staff effectiveness and improve student achievement

  • Classified staff development: Create staff development infrastructure to provide coaching, professional development, and consistent feedback systems for non-certified staff.

  • Staff Housing (24/25): Develop a 10-year staff housing roadmap with goals and strategies to eliminate housing as a barrier to recruitment and retention.
