Initiatives
  • Financial excellence: Educate and define with stakeholders the vision of what "financial excellence" is. Create a 4 - 5 year plan for getting to financial excellence based upon those goals.
  • District Office Communications: Strengthen district office 2-way communications to build trust, increase efficiency, and ensure inclusiveness and responsiveness with all stakeholders.
  • District Office Support: Integrate HR, finance, and payroll systems so all staff receive outstanding support; strengthen consistency and increase efficiencies to maximize resources for teaching and learning.
  • Equity Audit: Contract with external provider to conduct organizational equity audit. Completed in SY24/25; next audit planned for SY27/28
